Life can feel heavy sometimes. Especially when emotions start to feel like they’re piling on top of an already full plate.
The good news is you don’t have to face it alone.
Hey there, I’m Kyla and I’m here to help you navigate the tough moments and find balance.
I specialize in helping neurodivergent folks understand, express, and manage their emotions in healthy, supportive ways. My goal is to create a space where people are feeling seen, supported, and empowered.
Everyone’s journey is uniquely theirs, so I draw from a range of evidenced based approaches to support each person in achieving their goals. Together, we will find strategies that empower you to navigate tough moments with a greater sense of confidence and calm.
