Is your child struggling with meltdowns, frustration, or self doubt?

You’re not alone and I am here to help.

It can be overwhelming when your child is having a difficult time managing their emotions or behavior. That’s where I come in. I specialize in helping neurodivergent children understand, express, and regulate their emotions in healthy ways.

With experience as a Special Education School Social Worker and training in ACT, DBT, CBT, and somatic strategies, I create a space where kids are supported and empowered. Together, we will find strategies that empower them to navigate tough moments with a greater sense of confidence and calm.
