Location: Virtual

Hey, mama, hey! I’m Jazmyn. A mama of two on a mission to create safe and brave spaces for Black and Brown mamas to be well.

Fully in tune with who we are—authentically, gracefully, yet unapologetically. Our experiences, emotions, dreams, and desires. Everything that makes us, us.

And I see YOU. The weight you carry. The unrealistic standards. The struggles that keep you stuck, restricted, and limited.

So much of it didn’t even begin with us. It’s been passed down—through survival, cultural expectations, and generational cycles. Maybe it’s the echoes of childhood wounds. A strained or estranged relationship with a parent. A disconnect with your partner. Feelings of abandonment, rejection, neglect, or shame dimming your light and worth.

Let’s work.

I welcome mama-to-mama connections with those seeking an accountable, real-talk, action-based space to be vulnerable, to truth-tell, and finally release what was never yours to hold.

Together, in The Hive, we unpack, unlearn, and reframe our stories to heal past wounds, releasing their strong hold on our present and future.

WHY? Because the narratives we create about who we are, what we deserve, and what we’re capable of shape the experiences our children will feel, dream, and desire. The cycles we break today lay the foundation for the freedom they will inherit tomorrow. As we rewrite our stories, we reshape history—building a legacy of thriving, not just surviving.

Motherhood is just as much about raising us as it is raising our babies. It’s a journey of discovery and transformation, where we reclaim our essence and purpose; even in the midst of the daily chaos, the mental load, and the deep emotional challenges.
