Feeling stuck and overwhelmed watching your child struggle and not knowing what to do? You’re not alone.

Together, we can find strategies to help you both.

Hi, I’m Cara. I specialize in working with caregivers and young children as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem issues, loss, post-traumatic stress, behavior concerns, difficulties in school, and other family transitions.

In my work, I strive to see the child behind the behavior. In doing so, I also partner with caregivers to understand how they experience their child’s behaviors and needs. Through play therapy and attachment-focused interventions, I create a unique space where children and their caregivers can process conflict, build connection, and find confidence.

I blend my knowledge of child development, attachment, and internal family systems theory to help support individuals and families in their healing journeys. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that relationships are the most powerful intervention tool we have, so it is of the utmost importance to me that we form a relationship that feels warm, authentic, and safe. If what I have shared resonates with you, please reach out. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
