Becoming a parent is a challenging and fulfilling journey that requires us to learn, unlearn, reflect, and evolve. All while managing our own emotions, navigating daily stressors, and caring for others.

Whether you are a new parent, pregnant or postpartum individual, or a caregiver feeling stuck watching your young child struggle- I am here to walk alongside you as you create meaningful change and discover new ways of being.

I believe that exploring our own histories is essential to understanding how our early experiences shape our current behaviors and challenges. For parents in particular, these early narratives often influence how we experience and respond to our child’s behaviors and needs. With greater awareness and effective tools, we can create stronger and healthier relationships with ourselves, partners, and children.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in relational and trauma-informed frameworks such as attachment theory, internal family systems, and EMDR. When working with children, I also use a collection of play therapy techniques. I believe that relationships are the most powerful intervention tool we have, so I strive to form a relationship with each client that feels warm, authentic, and safe.
