If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or worn down from trying to keep everything together, you’re not alone.
Many people I work with look like they’re “doing fine” on the outside while quietly carrying anxiety, low mood, stress, or racing thoughts that never seem to shut off. Whether you’re a teen, an adult, or going through a major life transition, it can be exhausting to hold all of that on your own.
About Me
Hi there! I’m Ashley and I work with clients ages 16 and older, including teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating different (and often challenging) stages of life.
With teens, I support concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, school stress, and identity development. My goal is to help teens better understand their emotions, build coping skills that actually work, and feel more confident managing school, relationships, and everyday life.
With adults, I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, major life transitions, and the emotional toll of chronic stress or trauma. I have a particular interest in supporting adults experiencing postpartum anxiety and depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and the emotional impact of infertility—including grief, loss, and the stress that can come with fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, and birth-related experiences.
I also value working with individuals and families connected to the military community and understand the unique stressors, transitions, and strengths that come with military life.
My Approach
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, my approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in whole-person care. I take time to understand the bigger picture—not just symptoms, but how your mental health, physical health, stress, and life experiences all connect.
Clients often describe working with me as supportive, calm, and easy to talk to. I aim to provide clear medical guidance while staying compassionate, approachable, and realistic—never rushed or dismissive. When medication is part of treatment, we make those decisions together, and I prioritize individualized care that feels right for you.
My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling informed, supported, and more confident about the choices you’re making for your health and well-being.
What We Work Toward
Over time, many clients begin to feel a better sense of understanding and relief—both emotionally and physically. I love seeing teens gain insight into their emotions and build confidence in their coping skills, and adults move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck toward greater steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
Together, we work toward quieter anxious thoughts, improved mood regulation, and a stronger sense of control over your well-being—so life feels more manageable, balanced, and aligned with what matters most to you.
I fully believe healing happens best in spaces that feel safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting people exactly where they are—especially during seasons of life that feel uncertain or heavy.
If you’re looking for a provider who offers compassionate, evidence-based care in a space that feels supportive and collaborative, I would be honored to work with you.
