Kerrye is EMDR-trained and also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy to guide clients through overcoming negative thought patterns and deeply ingrained core beliefs. As a Veteran, Kerrye is military-friendly and understands the unique challenges faced by those who have served.
