Location: Virtual & In-persoN

You might be feeling disconnected—from yourself, from your partner, or from others.

Maybe communication feels strained, emotions run high, or you’ve been coping the best you can but something still feels heavy, confusing, or hard to untangle. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples across the lifespan, including children, teens, young adults, and seniors. I have experience working with autism and neurodivergence, ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. My practice is inclusive and affirming of diverse identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences.

Therapy with me is collaborative and centered around you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll move at your pace and focus on what feels most important in your world, ensuring your voice and experiences remain at the heart of the process.

We’ll look at the deeper patterns underneath what you’re experiencing, not just the surface level symptoms. Depending on your needs, we might use mindfulness to build awareness and grounding, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore thought patterns, behavior strategies to support change, or Internal Family Systems (IFS) to better understand the different “parts” of you. Whether we’re strengthening communication in relationships, building coping skills, or increasing self-understanding, our work will be tailored to your goals.

Together, we’ll work toward greater emotional clarity, self-compassion, and resilience. My goal is to help you develop practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself so you can move through life with more confidence and feel more aligned with your values.

I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or “clinical” and that it works best when you feel genuinely seen and respected. I value warmth, honesty, and moments of lightness when they’re needed. Growth can be challenging and my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment.

If you’re ready to explore meaningful change in a supportive and collaborative space, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
