About Rachel

Rachel is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She provides compassionate, individualized care to children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and perimenopausal symptoms.

Her approach combines medication management with a focus on identifying underlying health conditions that may be addressed through lifestyle changes, nutraceuticals, functional medicine, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Whether using traditional medications or exploring alternative therapies, her goal is to empower patients with education and options. She believes there’s no one-size-fits-all solution—every patient is unique, and their care should be too.

With a diverse background in emergency medicine, pediatrics, surgery, and home care, Rachel brings a broad perspective and deep commitment to patient-centered, judgment-free care.
