Motherhood changes everything — your identity, your relationships, your priorities, and often your sense of self.

As a perinatal mental health therapist and a mom of two, I deeply understand both the beauty and the overwhelm that can coexist in this season of life.

I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Whether you’re navigating postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, identity shifts, relationship strain, boundary challenges with family or in-laws, or simply feeling unlike yourself, you don’t have to do it alone.

My work is rooted in helping moms rebuild confidence in their role, strengthen communication with partners, establish healthy boundaries, and create realistic, sustainable self-care practices that truly replenish — not just add to the to-do list.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe exhale: a place where you are seen, validated, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow. Motherhood is transformative — but you deserve to feel grounded, empowered, and whole within it.

My clinical background in infant and early childhood mental health informs my understanding of attachment, development, and family systems — while my true passion lies in walking alongside mothers during one of the most transformative seasons of their lives.
