Hannah Frankel, PMHNP-BC

Hannah specializes in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD, and brings broad experience in evidence-based medication management for clients across the lifespan. She’s particularly passionate about working with adolescents navigating perfectionism, identity development, and complex family dynamics, and offers affirming care for neurodivergent children.

With a strong interest in the mind-body connection, Hannah considers how medical conditions and hormonal imbalances can affect mental health, ensuring her treatment plans address the whole person—not just symptoms. Her goal is simple: to help clients feel better, function better, and live a life that feels good again—with care that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and personalized to their needs.
