McCall works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and intergenerational trauma. She has a particular interest in supporting immigrants, people of color, and adoptees, and understands that our backgrounds, identities, and experiences play a big role in how we see ourselves and connect with others.

McCall brings warmth, curiosity, and a good sense of humor to her work. She helps clients make sense of patterns that keep showing up in their lives, understand where those patterns come from, and figure out what they want to do differently. Her approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, drawing from CBT, DBT, and ACT while recognizing that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all.
