Shelby works with children, teens, young adults, and families whose feelings, relationships, or daily lives have become a lot.

She helps clients understand what is underneath the anxiety, shutdowns, conflict, sadness, overwhelm, or behaviors everyone has been trying very hard to manage. Her approach is warm, affirming, practical, and refreshingly uninterested in asking people to become completely different humans in order to feel better.
