With a background in teaching, she understands the demands of high-pressure environments & works with first responders, healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to manage stress & build resilience. Christine is also passionate about men’s mental health, guiding them to break through limiting beliefs and emotional barriers for more balanced, fulfilling lives.
Michael Buckley, LLMFT
After more than 20 years as an elementary school teacher, Michael developed a deep understanding of how early experiences shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Now as a therapist, he works with teens and adults navigating trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges—helping them build insight, confidence, and healthier ways of relating.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting, Michael helps clients understand their stories, shift long-standing patterns, and move toward more connected, grounded lives.
Elizabeth Turner, MFT Intern
Elizabeth works with individuals, couples, and families who want to better understand their relationships, process difficult experiences, and build stronger emotional connections. With more than 30 years of experience as an educator, she brings warmth, insight, and a deep appreciation for how supportive relationships help people grow. Elizabeth uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Brainspotting to help clients create greater emotional safety and connection in their lives.
