Jessie Monahan, LPC
Jessie specializes in helping people who’ve been told they’re “too much” — too intense, too emotional, too complicated — learn how to stop shrinking themselves and start setting boundaries that actually protect their peace. With a background in law enforcement and lived experience as a mom of twins, Jessie supports those who carry more than their share: moms running on fumes, men silently holding it all in, and first responders who’ve gotten used to stuffing it down. Her approach is real, unfiltered, and grounded in the belief that therapy isn’t about changing who you are — it’s about finally coming home to yourself.
Michael Buckley, LLMFT
After more than 20 years as an elementary school teacher, Michael developed a deep understanding of how early experiences shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Now as a therapist, he works with teens and adults navigating trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges—helping them build insight, confidence, and healthier ways of relating.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting, Michael helps clients understand their stories, shift long-standing patterns, and move toward more connected, grounded lives.
