With a background as a therapist, former NYC public school teacher and mom of three, she gets how messy and heavy life can be—and she creates a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Jen helps clients tackle anxiety, stress, relationships, and big emotions with tools that actually work in real life, so you can feel more grounded and confident, one step at a time.

Elizabeth works with individuals, couples, and families who want to better understand their relationships, process difficult experiences, and build stronger emotional connections. With more than 30 years of experience as an educator, she brings warmth, insight, and a deep appreciation for how supportive relationships help people grow. Elizabeth uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Brainspotting to help clients create greater emotional safety and connection in their lives.
