Elizabeth uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Brainspotting to help clients create greater emotional safety and connection in their lives.
Hannah Frankel, PMHNP-BC
Hannah specializes in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD, and brings broad experience in evidence-based medication management for clients across the lifespan. She’s particularly passionate about working with adolescents navigating perfectionism, identity development, and complex family dynamics, and offers affirming care for neurodivergent children.
With a strong interest in the mind-body connection, Hannah considers how medical conditions and hormonal imbalances can affect mental health, ensuring her treatment plans address the whole person—not just symptoms. Her goal is simple: to help clients feel better, function better, and live a life that feels good again—with care that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and personalized to their needs.
Rachel Mould, MSN, BSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C
Rachel specializes in helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and perimenopause. A dual-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience, Rachel blends medication management with functional medicine and bioidentical hormone therapy to treat the whole person—not just the symptoms. Her approach is collaborative, science-based, and rooted in the belief that every body and brain is different, and your care should be too.

Ashley provides medication management for teens (16+) and adults who are ready to actually feel better. She works with anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic stress and major life transitions, with specialized interest in perinatal mental health, infertility, and military-connected care—offering clear direction, thoughtful prescribing, and treatment plans that move people out of survival mode.
