Amanda McClellan, LMSW, PMH-C
Amanda specializes in helping moms overcome anxiety, offering supportive and effective strategies to manage worrying & intrusive thoughts. She also provides specialized support for moms with ADHD + moms navigating the rollercoaster ride of parenting neurodivergent children.
Kelly Swett, LPC
Kelly works with overwhelmed moms who are tired of trying to hold it all together—managing the mental load, the overstimulation, the anxiety, and the constant pressure to “do it right.” As a neurodivergent mom herself (diagnosed with ADHD after her third child), she understands how perfectionism, people-pleasing, and high-functioning masking can keep you stuck in survival mode. Kelly’s approach is raw, real, and practical—less “how does that make you feel?” and more honest conversation, tools that actually work, and support that feels like, “I can’t wait to tell Kelly about this.” Her goal is to help you feel calmer, more in control, and able to actually enjoy this season of motherhood.
Miah Hamdan, LLMSW
Specializing in managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and anger, Miah employs a neurodiversity-affirming approach combined with the magic of creative expression and play to support children, teens, and young adults. Miah also works with parents and families struggling with their child’s defiant behaviors, helping to foster connection, resilience, and growth for the whole family.
Jennifer Dear, MA, LMSW
Jen helps teens, college students, and young adults find steady ground when life feels overwhelming. With a background as a therapist, former NYC public school teacher and mom of three, she gets how messy and heavy life can be—and she creates a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Jen helps clients tackle anxiety, stress, relationships, and big emotions with tools that actually work in real life, so you can feel more grounded and confident, one step at a time.
Kyla Dames, LMSW
Kyla helps neurodivergent teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by big emotions finally feel understood—and supported. Her work is centered on creating a space where clients feel safe to be themselves while learning practical, evidence-based tools to manage emotions with more confidence and calm. Kyla’s approach is affirming, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, helping clients move through life’s challenges feeling more grounded, empowered, and capable.
Melissa Rappaport, MA, LPC
Melissa works with children and teens (ages 8–18) navigating anxiety, depression, school stress, big emotions, social challenges, and family transitions, and has extensive experience with ADHD, Autism, PTSD, and self-harm concerns.
A former elementary teacher and school guidance counselor, she brings a strong understanding of how kids learn and cope both in and out of the classroom. Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including ACT, Parent Management Training (PMT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and she is deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space for at-risk and LGBTQIA+ youth.
Melissa offers convenient after-school appointments and takes a collaborative, play-based approach that helps young people build confidence, emotional regulation, and healthier communication skills — while partnering closely with parents to support lasting change.
Glory Hssain, LLMSW
Glory helps people untangle what feels heavy — whether that’s relationship stress, anxiety, life transitions, or navigating neurodivergence. She works with children, teens, adults, couples, and seniors, and is experienced in supporting ADHD, autism, depression, grief, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Her approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in genuine connection. Glory believes therapy should feel human and accessible, not clinical or intimidating. She partners with clients to build clarity, resilience, and practical tools — all while honoring who they are and the pace that feels right.
